I've been doing well with pre-cooking meats and freezing them for use in quick dinners. Now to plan even more ahead!
Monday - Shredded chicken ragu with pasta. (I have pre-cooked chicken) Everything in the slow cooker for an easy dinner.
Tuesday - going out - My dd's 14th birthday!
Wednesday - leftovers from the birthday dinner.
Thursday - Chicken & tomatillo enchilada casserole.
Friday - unstuffed cabbage. (I have pre-cooked ground beef that will make this a super speedy dinner).
Saturday either Lemon-Soy marintated london broil or Grilled chicken with Thai coleslaw.
Let's see if I can stick to this plan!
