So today's Day 22 in my TurboFire program, and I've been doing really good so far. Actually the best I've ever done with a workout program. I've restarted 3 times, and this is the only time I've stuck to a workout program this long, EVER! I started out rocky, and between starting date and now have missed only 7 days of workouts (made up back a couple on rest days/doubling up). But I'm really proud of myself. I can't believe how good I'm doing. And I'm doing better on eating smaller meals more frequently, watching calories and water intake. I've NEVER done this good! I just hope I start seeing the payoff really soon to keep me motivated. I have to keep telling myself "Don't screw it up! Stick it out!" I would LOVE if I were 40lbs lighter by summer. That'd be
