Week 7 results, Week 8 begins

Week 7 goals:
Aeorobic Exercise 5+ days - goal met
Kettlebells, 3 days - goal met!
Food journal, 5+ days - goal unmet (and barely thought of the entire week)
Week 7 contained my birthday, so there were a lot of special foods. I made a wonderful almond cake w/ganache and pralines and a mascarpone frosting... I fed most of that cake to other people (and enjoyed the slices I had muchly!)
I got a fair amount of exercise, though much of that was housecleaning. I don't usually count housework as exercise, but this was pretty vigorous :) my house is still nearly spotless, even the basement.
I did also swing my kettlebells three times, which was excellent. My weekend session felt great, I could really feel that I have made gains in strength since the start of the year. My form and control are also noticeably better.
I did not food journal.
All-in-all, week 7 was pretty good. No weight loss, but that is not to be expected on one's birthday week, I think.
