Well, still at the same weight. Good news/bad news! Need to start really watching my weight. A friend gave me some good advice. She eats properly all week except for one meal. It is supposed to jump start your metabalism. After you reach your goal weight, you the eat bad for one day a week to keep your metabalism going. Need to try this but think it will take me a few bad meals throughout the week and then go down to just the one.
