On my yoga dvd, there is this one pose where you lie on your back with your knees bent. Point your right leg up in the air and then put your right ankle on your left knee, then pull your left leg into your chest, and hold on to your thigh or your shin (this stretches out your right hip)...
So back the last time I was doing yoga (okay, it's been a few months), I had to hold onto my thigh, there was too much extra ME to be able to hold onto my shin.
You guessed it! Now I can thread through and hold onto my shin! So HAPPY!
