I changed some of my goals a couple of days ago. I redid my goal for losing from 233 to 200 which is my long term goal. My short term goal is to just get started. My original goal to lose the 33 pounds was Dec. 25, 2012; that I had set myself. I redid the goal @ 2 lbs of weight loss per week and it said I could lose the 33 pounds by June 12, 2012. I felt a little scared by that. I don't know why I felt that way. Any ideas out there?
