I'm Feeling Good Today...Still on track with no processed carbs.
Staying away from sugar, honey, artificial sweeteners
But I had a little too much sodium yesterday...
used terriyaki sauce on my grilled chicken...amazing how it adds up so fast.
Today I'm going to try adding a little more chili powder and ginger instead.
