Sat around, and sat around, and sat around some more . . .

Sat around from the time I got up till I had breakfast and a shower--good because I was having my morning daily devotion and meditation time. Sat around for 2.5 hours as I drove to our church camp for a Camp Board meeting. Sat around for 3 hours for the meeting. Sat around for another 2.5 hours as I drove home. Sitting around now as I catch up on email and SparkPeople. Next I'll go to bed. Not exactly the kind of day a person can record in the Fitness Tracker : (

    Well, you really can't complain, your soul did all the good exercise for you, let me tell you, first you connected to your real you, and your Creator, then you were able to admire the Creator's work for 2h+ of driving, then you were helping others to organize an uplifting Camp, that is going to touch the souls of a lot of people, more admiration time and a sense of mission accomplished of a day well spent doing things for others, and at the end your blog title is almost a nursery rhyme, can you ask for anything else?, the rest of the week is ahead of you, you will have plenty time to exercise around.

    Sitting isn't a Cardio Exercise.....darn....I am good at it too....Oh Well...
