I haven't had time to blog in a while. I have kept up with tracing my food and fitness.
I have been real busy between work and school. I decided to get my ruining in during me lunch break - weather permitting! It's working at real well with my runkeeper app. I like the way she pops in everyone in a while to say how far I ran and how fast I am going. I have increase my distance and shortened my time. I would like to get to a 9 minute mile for the delaware marathon relay team. I don't want to let the three men on the team down.
Last night my husband and I went out to eat and got food poisoning from crab dip. I stayed in bed til 4 this afternoon. I had a little bit of chicken, still not feeling good.
Tomorrow I am going clothes shopping. My husband and I are going to San Antonio later next week. We are meeting my BFF and her husband for their birthdays. We are going to an Alan Jackson concert one of the nights we are down there. I am excited to enjoy the nice weather.
