All in all a good week for me. I am proud to say I completed week one of training to do a 5k walk.
My nutrition has improved so much so that I've been very close to range all week. I did go a little high on the sodium today. I've got to review to see just why. It wasn't too far over so I won't fret about it.
I'm happy with myself!
oh yes - I completed the "be your own Valentine" challenge this week as well!
