Spark People System Cornerstones - Positive Force

Saturday, February 18, 2012

We all want to make a real difference. We all want our achievements to mean something. How can we make that happen? By being a POSITIVE FORCE. By using personal improvements to help improve others. What you bring to the table in the other Cornerstones shapes the type of force you can be. By leading, serving and teaching others, you gain learning experiences that inspire you to set more goals and keep getting better."

I touched on this in my blog yesterday. Supporting others helps keep me on track and focused on my goals because I find more people that are likeminded in working to become healthier versions of themselves. I find that talking and helping others get started on their journeys helps me to remember how I felt at the beginning of my journey and the success I found, the feeling that success released, and the positive energy I felt when I reached my goals.

I want others to experience those same feelings!!!

I like to encourage and support others also, as I always appreciate the positives I get from other sparkers as it helps me to keep going. Nice blog.

Hugs,
Shirl
