New plan-swim as many days a week as possible

Life has gotten very busy with some unexpected turns. I'm helping out my parents more with going to all of my dad's doctor's appointments (5 specialists). He was recently released from the hospital (COPD, Congestive Heart Failure, Renal Failure). Plus this month is one of my busiest at work, involving some time out of town. So I'm only going to focus on swimming as that helps be both physically and mentally. If I make it to the gym or for a run that's a bonus. Last week I swam Mon-Thurs. and again today. This next week the plan is:
Fri.-Out of town, no pool available, try for a run
No weight gain as I'm out of town several days this week which will involve eating out.
