So I went to the surgeon and my surgery for my Vertical sleeve Gastrectomy is going to be in April.. www.obesityhelp.com/foru

Maybe that link will help you understand the surgery... I am so excited to get it as I have many friends who have had it already.

So last week when they said I was up 6.6 I was actually up 10~~OOPS.. today at weigh in I was down 11.8 putting me at 440.2

Let the pounds drop~

I had the lap band 3 years ago. It has helped me lose, but not the big numbers. It certainly isn't a "magic bullet" but it does help. Hang in there, Tracey, you're doing great!
