really trying to lose weight.

well i'm really trying to lose the weight. i weigh 165 now. almost all my weight gained back. but the good thing is i'm still at size 14 jeans. i might be still losing inches. i'm going to have to cut out sweets and bread and see if that will help. i've been eating to much sweets. everyday. so i'm quiting cold turkey on sweets and bread. then i'm going to walk on nice days and go to curves 4 times a week and do the circuit for 45 minutes and walk 20 minutes on nice days. i'm going to try the curves program weight management. i'm going to have 1 slim fast in the morning around 10:00 am. take my fish oil and calcium after that and take my medicine at 11"00 am and at 5:00 pm. i hope this works because i do not need diabetes on top of my mental illness. atleast my jeans still fit me and i'm at size 14. i would like to get to size 12 or size 10. but my goal is to lose 5 lbs. by the end of this march. then i'll go from there. wish me luck.
