I have still not hit that place with exercise where I can say I miss it when I don't do it. with one exception. I love dance fitness,
It is the only kind of exercise I do that I always end up doing more than I planned. I sweat without realizing I'm working. I feel young and energetic while I'm doing it. It reminds me of exercise as a kid. Effortless.
