Dancing my butt off

I have still not hit that place with exercise where I can say I miss it when I don't do it. with one exception. I love dance fitness, emoticon

It is the only kind of exercise I do that I always end up doing more than I planned. I sweat without realizing I'm working. I feel young and energetic while I'm doing it. It reminds me of exercise as a kid. Effortless. emoticon

    I am doing it at home. Thanks for the invite to McMurray! My busy life, or rather the busy lives of my kids makes it difficult for me to attend classes regularly. Is there a particular time on Monday or Wednesday? Thanks for the comment. emoticon

    Way to go, are you doing this at home? You lost 5 pounds that is great!! If are interested in a group low impact aerobics, come up to room 200 at McMurry gym, Monday or Wednesday, as for Steve and I will get you a free workout, or see Janet the instructor and say I sent you.
