I have stuck with one in the morning and one in the evening until Day 4 I tried 2 in the evening and I felt bad. I can't explain the feeling but I didn't feel right at all so I stayed home and chilled out for the evening. Day 5 I went back to 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening and had no problems. I actually have noticed that it really helps curb my appetite. I have not lost any weight though and I am feeling super discouraged. I work out at least once a day taking a break yesterday because of a full day at work and I have been watching my calories. It's only been a week but I expected at least a pound or two loss and there hasn't been anything. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I know this sucks.
