At the beginning of the new year, I was a good walker, but an inconsistent exerciser.
I started the January jumpstart challenge in January, but was not consistent and only exercised 12 of the 28 days.
Sparkpeople Live coach Krystie offered to be our exercise partner for the January Junpstart challenge in February. I began Feb. 10th and have done one Coach Nicole exercise video every morning. Not sure where Krystie got the goal steps picture (above), but I wanted to respond to it as relates to the exercise challenge.
I was at step one (I don't do that, I don't exercise)
Then I progressed to step 2 (I can't do it, some exercises were too hard for me to do)
But I wanted to do them (step 3, so I persisted and did modified versions I can do)
I learned how to do them (step 4) watching the videos and exercising to the vids
Step 5 was trying to do the exercises
Step 6 was realizing that I can do them. I have been exercising consistently for 9 days and realize that I CAN do this.
Step 7 I know that I will keep doing the exercises.
Step 8 I made exercising a habit I DID IT!
