Hey thanks for the birthday wishes! I haven't been around for a while, but I have continued to exercise and eat properly. Right now, I'm training with my housemate for a 10k- my first race ever! When I signed up for it, I thought it was a 5k. It wasn't lol. So now I just finished week 3 of my training, and have about 10 weeks to go!
