3 Pounds GONE: Week 1

Today I ended my first week on the South Beach Diet. Lost 3 Pounds!!!It has not been the easiest diet to make meals from for me. But, I am getting better at it. I weighed this morning and I weighed 197. I had my youngest daughter take this picture. No make up and I really need a shower, but this is me.
