When I first started SP I went to weighing myself weekly and than daily just to understand my fluctuations better. I settled into a weekly weigh in. This year I weigh in on Sundays (best day for me to control any weekend over eating). I also weigh myself on Wednesdays to make a check on how my week is going.
If I dare step on the scale on any other day of the week....my scale gives me a better than expected number and than the word "error" scrolls across the screen.
It's like it is laughing at me. And honestly I do laugh whenever this happens. Laughter, especially when it comes to self laughter, I think is so important on this journey. When we let other emotions take us over we tend to take downward spirals........so here's wishing you all a sense of humor scale to lighten your journey.
