I Have a Problem ...

Friday, February 17, 2012

All of my pants are too big!

I thought I would be happy to have this problem. Don't get me wrong; it's a great indication of my progress; however, I don't want to go out and buy a bunch of new clothes now and then lose some more weight ... how do most people handle this? My work pants (dress pants) look baggy on me but my jeans still look all right.

I suppose this is one of the best problems I could have :)

Kathryn----Can you wear dresses to work? Is that practical? The new cute dresses for Spring like at Forever 21 are very reasonable and can be worn longer than pants. Look for the flowy-type of dresses. Hopefully, they could get you through the summer even. Wear a little cardigan now for chillier days. Use a belt to cinch them up a bit as you get smaller. Leggings now, hosiery, or bare legged for summer. Just a thought......Patti

How I long for this problem! Congrats and I agree, a few pair of pants and consignments -possibly selling some of your old clothes to fund the new.

Try a consignment shop or thrift store.

i am going through that too , while in this process i buy the minimum amount of pants i need & wash them over & over again , they wont fit long enough for them to wear out .

congratulations on your weight loss emoticon

I can't keep my jeans on anymore, I have a belt but it looks ridiculous. I should be really pleased but I'm not. Can you get some cheap-ish clothes for work?
