These are the things i keep telling myself to get through one more exercise for one more minute.

I am doing strength training almost every day - yes the requirement is one video a day - I twisted my leg bringing in my 150 pound doggie three days ago, today was the first day back doing a full on workout because I HURT.
I am doing Coach Nicole's bootcamp cardio workout - twice, but I do not cool down - so it equals out to about 16 minutes - which I then do walking for 30 minutes on my treadmill.

Exercise is hard work!!! I can tell how much older and out of shape my body is - a few years ago - when I weighed what I weigh now - all I did was exercise for 20 - 30 minutes and tweak my eating habits a bit and I lost 40 pounds in 3 months. I have tweaked my eating habits and have not lost one pound with any amount of exercise in the last seven weeks. So yes - my body - my hormones or lack there of - my metabolism (WHAT metabolism? Did you say metabolism? If you find mine - can I please have it back??) I am stuck! But not giving UP! I am going forward and will continue to move forward... I do not care if the scale doesnt move - I am going to keep moving. I am going to keep eating right. I am going to break through and be healthier!

    Oh the good old days when we could lose 5-6 pounds in a week.
Keep up your good work and exercise. It is hard to do sometimes.
