I sure do like this sight. There is alot of interesting material here. And I'm feelling alittle more comfortable everyday. I wish Tristan would check in. I want to befrien him so i know that he is here with us. I hope by Sunday I am feeling better so that I can cook. I have been putting a menue together and I want get a schedule put together. the menu is for next week. Ihave to get that patch back on so I have atleast 2 weeks of no smoking under my belt by the time I start my gym membership.

So here;s the plan: Start the menue plan on Sunday. Also the Patch. 19th of Feb. And on Friday,March 9th I would like to start at the GYM. That way I can spend a couple of hours there with someone and have them show mw around and tryout a couple of machines.

I am also looking into possibly joing Weight Watchers. I'm just not sure of the cost.

    hey brenz...it is always good to have a plan. taking it in stages is even better. tristan wrote something on our teams site.... i forgot the threads name i think it is something like "where we can yack"...he doesnt have a sparkspage yet, so that is why you cant befriend him.
anyway, glad you like the site. i do to....even though i gained about a pound this week, it keeps me in check to know what i am doing wrong emoticon ....or what i am doing right emoticon

    Aww Brenz if your quitting smoking I voluntee to be your personal cheerleader and available for a talk chat kick in the butt what ever you need to help you stay quit. I smoked for 35 yrs was up to 2.5 - 3 packs a day when I quit. I loved my cigarettes thought no day could be complete with out a half pack cigaretts and a pot of coffee to get it started but I started having breathing issues and I decided I wanted a life worth living not one where I struggled each day just to take a breath. I suggest you use dum dum suckers to help you quit to for the times you just really need one. Think about it suckers give you both the oral fixation your used to and the what to do with my hands answer! you take the sucker from mouth to hand just as if it's a cigarette. I kept a bowl of them everywhere... my car my purse next to the phone, on my desk, at the pc.... any where I kept or had a cigarette I had a bowl of suckers and beleive it or not I did not gain a pound the year I quit. This was before my diet days too. I think that and losing the first 50 lbs is the most important thing I have ever done for myself..... If you would like I'll send you my home and cell numbers. day or night I'm here for you!!! Also March 9th would be a wonderful day to join the gym.......it's my birthday! Go to the Gym and celebrate for me! Hugs friend
