emoticonwow just done Zumba basic and I am dying.don't think this is the one for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!anybody got any suggestions on a good dance video.I have knee replacements and alot of the steps r really hard. emoticon

    I agree with these ladies -- I put my headphones on loud and just dance in my room. Be who you want to be while's very freeing and you totally work up a sweat, depending on how long you go for. Also, you move at your own pace! Best of luck, emoticon

    Put some headphones on with some peppy music on your MP3 player and go around the house dancing like a maniac. I did that the other day when the TV was being used by someone else and had a blast. Plus it really made my grandson crack up watching me.

    If you like to dance, just get a dance video and do the steps you can. Find some music that inspires you to move and just move to it, even if it's waving your arms around. That's what I do. And start out by doing just a little bit each day. Be sure and do some easy stretches after you finish so you don't get sore.

Most of all hang in there!
