I have made the decision to take healthy vitamin supplements to enhance my fitness program. I need to increase the amount of calcium, magnesium and potassium. Any suggestions?

    I take Prenatal vitamins since we're still trying for a baby, but any regular Multivitamin for women would be good for you..
and then I also take fish oil (unscented), 1000 Vitamin C, Vitamin D, vitamin B-12 (stress-tabs).

    Im thinking about a few supplements to take also. Enjoyed reading your profile especially getting reconnected with a childhood sweetheart. Im seeing a college boyfriend from 40 years ago............ Life sure is strange............. but fun
