Kettle Worx to Ripped in 30

I have completed the Kettle Worx 6-week body transformation. Unfortunately I did not take my measurements before starting the workout; I also had horrible eating habits so there was not a big difference in weight loss. However, I can see a difference in my body and my clothes are a little looser. I feel great!!!!


Now it time for Ripped in 30. I just finished day 1 week 1. I have read a lot of reviews about this workout and it seems like a lot of people prefer 30 day shred and yet I went with Ripped. My birthday is in two weeks and I want a little definition in the making on my birthday, I think Ripped in 30 would give me that. And I also need more strength training with weights in my workout routine. But most importantly I want to be under 200 pounds before my birthday March 2nd, I am crossing my fingers that with my regular workout routine plus Ripped in 30 can help achieve that.

I will take before pics and take my before measurements later on tonight and post them.
