Heading to the UK for work on Sunday evening. I need to start planning to keep on track with my nutrition plan. I will pack a box of Special K protein plus. I have located a supermarket not too far from the office or the hotel so I can pick up some fruit, carrot sticks, celery sticks and milk for my cereal in the morning.
I probably will pack some almonds and kashi bars. Wish me luck!
