So every time I set a weight related goal on a blog- IT NEVER HAPPENS! So going forward I'm just going to set goals not based on weight! I'm not going to take tackle all these goals at once- I'm going to start one at a time!!
So my new goals are:
-Take it one day at a time
-Don't deprive myself
-Create a routine
-Make better decisions
-Experiment with foods
So far- I have started getting in a habit of planning out my food choices- I'm creating a food journal and a routine of eating on schedule and planning out dinners for myself and family. This has helped us create a more balanced meal.
I have learned not to deprive myself because then I will just go overload and blow the entire day!
My next goal is to set and implement an exercising routine!
