I picked up a Black & Decker healthy steamer for $2 at GW...went out on the net and found the instruction manual (these thing s NEVER come with their manual....let's face it, you probably couldn't find 10% of the manuals for small appliances in your kitchen right now... )...

So I'm making black beans and rice...
