Well, sadly I did not make any of my goals for the Winter challenge except for drinking more water.
It was a lot harder than I thought it would be with my MIL staying with us for 4 months. But I do not want to make excuses. It is time to get back on track. I need to do this for me
I am going to set the same goals for the Spring challenge
