Today was a great day. I began using the sparkpeople food tracker on my iphone a few days ago, and today was the first day I actually planned my meals ahead of time. Now, I didnt follow it for dinner, but what I ate was actually not far off from what I had planned, just added some tomatoes and a wee bit of leftover jambalaya and grilled asparagus. It was super good, and I am really glad I have leftovers. Today is the first day in a long time that I have actually felt I can accomplish my goals. I feel strong today! I feel like in planning my meals ahead of time, Ive added some kind of ammunition to my little fat battling army! It feels really good, and I know that by july, I will be prancing in last years cutoffs and my lovely tie dyed bikini! I am so excited for this journey!
