Day 2 Lipo 6

So I started Lipo 6 yesterday and I only took one capsule in the afternoon and did Zumba in the afternoon. I felt a little weird when if first took effect but nothing bad just different. I went to bed early and slept well.
Day 2
I woke up early took my Lipo 6 right away and 30 minutes later I had half a protein shake and oatmeal. I went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the elliptical then home to shower and get to school. I ate some crackers and lunch meat during class, then after school I took my second pill and after 30 minutes had a grilled chicken breast and a value fry. After work I had some chicken breast and then headed out to Zumba. The teacher was awful so after about 20 minutes we left and headed to the gym. I did 25 minutes on the elliptical. Then home where I finished off my calories for the day with some carefully chosen Taco Bell. While watching the biggest loser I did 15 minutes on the bike.

So far I haven't felt any negative effects other than a mild headache tonight. I have drank a ton of water and eaten within my calorie range. I have felt awake during the day without the bad feeling that caffine gives me usually. I am tired at night and so far have slept well. Now to see if the scale shows what the pill is supposed to do.
