My plateau.. okay I hit this sucker back in May 2011. I have done everything short of starving my self to get the damn scale to move. nothing!
New work out regimen, new food habits, new log. still nothing!
My doctor tells me that as long as I am not gaining weight I am doing good.. okay, she is not the one stuck in this body. I still have 65 lbs to loose to get to my goal weight of 130lbs.
I have been using this "lose it" app on my itouch since I do not have internet access.. it works well. Can log all of the food and exercise. But I sure do miss all of the perks of Sparkpeople. Cant wait.. iphone next weekend! Back to sparkpeople I go!!!
Arghhhh.. why oh body, why are you sooo damn stubborn! Man, you could give me like a pound or something!!!
Okay and Jillian Michaels.. I love your video "Ripped in 30" but I have seriously re-named it to wrecked in 30.. darn thing is a killer when you are seriously out of shape! But hey, Im gonna bring my "A" game to this workout and see if we can get ripped in 30.. or 40... 0r 50.. what ever it takes, Im going to make my goal!!!
Seriously, I can do this.
