3 weeks into the diet

I just read Best of Sparks article about weighing yourself too often. They are definitely right. I weigh myself everyday and like today I gained a pound. How is that possible? I am not cheating. It's so discouraging. I've got to wean myself from weighing everyday. Knowing I'm doing the right thing I must remain positive that it will show in the numbers.Most of my meds that I'm on make you retain and even gain weight. I'm making my Dr appts to see if we can change any of them. It helps knowing I'm not alone in the lifestyle change. Thanks for being here.
