V-day + regifting chocolates + weigh in = success!

Of all the days to make a weigh in -- Valentine's day when you are surrounded by chocolate is a tough one! All week long I've tried to avoid self-sabbatoging behaviors. I passed up the chocolate sheet cake in the break room (Why would anyone share that with their coworkers?).

I passed up the candy people kept leaving at my desk. I kept re-gifting it. When you are losing weight, giving your chocolate away without so much as a nible should qualify you for sainthood. On the other hand, the purpose of the healthy lifestyle is to keep me far away from those pearly gates!

Onto the weigh in... I lost another 16 lbs. Big win!!!!! Time to go clothing shopping and buy new workout shirts and bras. Recommendations are appreciated.

I realize I have a long way to go but I am 55 lbs closer to my goal than I was when I started this trek. Kudos to all of you who worked out today!! May your valentine's day be extra special and may you take care of yourself!
