Had my weight watchers meeting tonight. I had a bad week and knew I wood be up. I was hoping to just be up a pound or 2. Oh well this is a new week and I WILL do better. Goals for the new week acted like this is the stared of my weight loss. Not mouth 14. Only eat my daily points and do 30 min. of exercise a day. Last but most of all drink my water. I'm get back on track and do this right! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    You have your mind in the right place this morning and I really like the motivational quote you shared in your blog.
Sorry your scale went up but it happens to all of us. We only get back what we put in to our journey so this week, with your positive attitude, you see good results. It's all about making good healthy choices both for food and exercise.
