Had my weight watchers meeting tonight. I had a bad week and knew I wood be up. I was hoping to just be up a pound or 2. Oh well this is a new week and I WILL do better. Goals for the new week acted like this is the stared of my weight loss. Not mouth 14. Only eat my daily points and do 30 min. of exercise a day. Last but most of all drink my water. I'm get back on track and do this right!
