I get it. Track exercise. Track food. Know what you're eating and what's eating you. Then literally work it out. Everyday. I attempted weight loss with Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers only to regain what I loss and then some. Thank you SparkPeople for letting me know it's okay to be a part of the Slowest Losers. Gradual weight loss works. And thank you to the many motivational Sparkies I've met through your pages. Your stories tell me that I can do it too!!!
It's been a 20+ year journey starting with SHAPE in 1992
But I passed the baton to SparkPeople and will reach my destination in 2012.
I'm off and running now.
