Today was our first real day of my P.E. class program. I don't even know how to describe what we did. It was and hour and a half of the most intense circuit training I have ever done in my life. We did scissor jumping jacks, get ups, curl ups, weighted one footed bends, pass back with a 12 lb. medicine ball (all the lighter balls were taken), push ups, plank holds, swings, and a bunch of other stuff too. We had to keep going the entire time and rapidly switch from one thing to the next. We could stop for water or if we really needed a break for a few seconds, but even still, it was so hard and overwhelming, I got to a point where I literally almost cried. I'm a tough woman, and I don't cry easily, so the fact that this workout got me there is a bit scary. I know it's good for me, but I can't help but be a little frightened. It will get easier, I know, for today though, I am gonna take a nap.
