Moving Slowly

I battle with myself on rather I would share this information with you. I am being pretty open, so I decided that I need to share it.

Last weeks weigh in was horrible. I mean Horr-ib-Ble. I only lost .02 pound. What the hockey stick is that. I mean when I pee, I lose more than that. Okay getting back on track. As you can see, I was really upset.

Then I took the time to really look and reflect on last week. I added strength training to my workouts. Maybe I gain some muscle. Last week I was really hungry. I know there were a few days that I ate more than I needed to. I could not help it, I was hungry.

I ate out two last week, when I normally only eat out once. So yea, I messed up. But that is not reason for me to be upset. I still lost weight. I can make it up at the end.

So as they say, learn from your mistakes, and keep on pushing. I am pushing. The scale better watch out next week.

I haven't moved very much - I lost 1 pound in the last 4 weeks. The strength training definitely increases your muscles, which in turn might make you GAIN weight. Do you do measurements at all for your arms, legs, hips, chest, etc? That always helps me feel better, although I haven't done it here in India. Keep you chin up, girlie! You're kicking your fat's ass! Don't worry!

You can totally do it in no times that scale will move again. It could be muscle gain and fat lost. I know how it is with that Plato I hit one this month, but noticed when I added more strength training and more calories my scale started to move again. Keep up the great work Hun. :)

Remember that your not always gonna lose weight, you hit a Plato every once in awhile and you have to break through that. Maybe eating out didn't help maybe eating a little more then you wanted to, maybe that had some to do with it but I think more your coming to a plato that your gonna have to push through. Also any lose is a lose, and not a gain. I still say your doing fantastic and a true inspiration for many. And yes muscle is/weight but it is the good weight. Some times you can't measure your progress by weight some times in need to be with inches and or muscle mass.
Push through keep moving your doing it. Even if some weeks you don't lose as much as you like your doing.. give your self a emoticon or two you deserve it. emoticon for you.
