Let the sweets battle begin! I 'm armed and ready with a variety of fruit and plenty of high protein snacks. I've started out with a high protein breakfast and I'm ready to ward off the Krispy Kreme doughnuts and candy that will greet me as soon as I enter the building.
I've found that if I keep the fruit all over my desk, I'm more likely to grab it when I'm ready for a snack, than if it's in the fridge, also I eat more of it than just a planned fruit a few times a day, that I sometimes never get to.
