I'm naming Tigger( of Winnie the Pooh fame) as my exercise mascot and inspiration this week. Tigger loves to bounce, and he is just full of energy. I used to have a stuffed animal Tigger when I was in elementary school. I'd throw him over the house, over trees, cars, etc. My Tigger was the bestest bouncer around. I remember he did get stuck up on the roof once, but my Dad got him down and Tigger just kept on bouncing. I added his picture to my Spark page and here he is again.
So when I think I'm not going to exercise, I'll just try to capture a bit of the Tigger spirit and bounce on.
