Day 15-Calorie Dilemma

Hi guys! I hope you all had as good of a day as I did! I didn't go to lit this morning because I'm so behind in the reading that I felt like I needed to just catch up before I go to class and risk being called on to explain something I didn't read.

As you are probably wondering, what does the title of my blog mean?! Well, I'm at about 1100 calories for today and it's pretty much time for me to go to sleep, and I
'm not even remotely I force myself to eat something so I'm in my calorie range, or do I just leave it alone? Advice would be appreciated:)

    The experts would probably say you need a minimum of calories or your body goes into conservation mode, but I say the occasional low day just makes up for the numbers high days I may have in a week!
