Help I'm going backwards..

I was doing good with keeping track of my food & exercise. Now things have gone to the dogs for the past 2 months! I'm back to the weight I was back in August 2011. My back pain has increase 2 folds. Can't walk to far, sit to long, barely lie down for to long, just pain meds, sleep and food. Oh did I mention the wrong foods. You know the quick meals other people make for you. Pizza, fried chicken wings (no blue cheese), or chicken fingers and diet soda or water, cookies, cake very little fruits & veggies. At least I get my oatmeal & fruit for breakfast :-}.
These foods are what got me into trouble in the first place along with my chronic pain. The cold weather doesn't help my aches any.
HELP Any suggestion?

    Is there any option to get healthier foods? Fruits and vegetables, for example, don't have to take a lot of preparation - particularly if you like some raw.

I'm not sure I'm reading it right and obviously don't know your circumstances, but if you have others bringing you food, sometimes they'd be happy to adjust things as long as it's relatively easy. But they won't know that cake and cookies aren't helping unless you speak up.

Healthier food will help toward a healthier you.

Cold weather will go away on its own schedule, which thankfully isn't that long unless you live far north. Most places should be seeing warmer days in a month or so - those that aren't having false winters. I don't know if something like an electric blanket would help, a way to focus some heat where you need it most.


Most important - don't give up on yourself because it's tough right now. Do what you can each day, even if it feels unbearably little.

    Hang in there. This to will pass. Take care of you first of all - the rest will fall in place.
