A is for...

My husband belongs to a hobby forum and one of the things they're doing as a group is posting fun items about the hobby in alphabetical order, so I thought I'd try it in regards to diet and exercise. The first thing that came to mind for A was abs, so I've posted a link to the SparkPeople ab videos. Technically they're considered crunches, but I'm listing it as an A for abs. This is a workout area that I can always use more help with. It's also something I can do often, and even in my office or when I'm watching tv. Let's give it a try together!
