ok so it'w well into the new year, and I've tried other means of food plans, food track, etc and sometimes a little bit of knowledge is dangerous, and that it is. So I'm back home - at Sparkpeople to get clarity. I've hit a plateau - so I thought back to the basics.
Track food on sp - I now know wheat, gluten, sugar don't dowell in this body. Combing more protein with my carbs seem to serve me best, so I'll add that to my program.
I found it very interesting that SP was a coming home feeling, I've been successful here, and because I was overwhelmed, I feel very confident that being in an area of comfort will help me deal with other areas that are new. A systems thinker strategy is to only change 1 area at a time, then if something goes wrong - you know exactly where to look.
