Sorry I've been so absent

I haven't really been in the "spark mood" you could say. I've only come on the site recently to track some food but even then, it's been pretty half a--. I guess I just really needed a break from everything and I needed to concentrate on my school and running. Ever since I took almost two months off of running I've been feeling pretty down and depressed. I did a lot of physio for my calf, but it seems it's still pretty tight. I don't know what's up with my feet! =(

So I'm sorry I haven't been much of a motivator or supporter to a lot of my sparkfriends over the past month. I'm starting to get back into it, and I'm finally running again so I feel a lot better! I'm going to feel even BETTER when I go to Montana next weekend to go snowboarding!!! YAY!!

    No worries Icka, I feel the same way. I keep forgetting to track everything I do. Im sort of hibernating. Montana?? lucky you! I haven't been all that active I usually have something to work towards like a goal..but could be the winter blues affecting me. anyways wish you all the best, hopefully we pick up the pace and achieve all our weight loss goals
