So I have been putting in the time on the treadmill but the scale is still climbing inch by inch...I am going to have to give in and start tracking my food because obviously I am taking in more calories than I am burning....and I will NOT get back to that thick bogged down person I was last year. I have to do this NOW! I am so much happier and energetic when I keep my weight down.
