So exercise is not enough for me.

So I have been putting in the time on the treadmill but the scale is still climbing inch by inch...I am going to have to give in and start tracking my food because obviously I am taking in more calories than I am burning....and I will NOT get back to that thick bogged down person I was last year. I have to do this NOW! I am so much happier and energetic when I keep my weight down.

    That's funny!! I have heard, though, that that is an awesome workout. I have a friend who lost all her baby fat that way, and Nikki's been trying it. She said it kicked her butt, and she has been running for months. You do 2 minutes walking - calm, normal, relaxed. Then 2 minutes fast walking. Then 2 minutes SPRINTING! The idea being....you can do anything for just two minutes. Repeat 3 more times. Good luck!!

    Yes.....I am going to try this one for awhile just to see how much I am eating. And I have noticed I have slid a bit and started eating a few junk foods.... which I think may be at the heart of the few pounds I have gained. So if I give those back up I should be back on track. Todays morning workout was really a doozy.....it was a set program on the eliptical called quick cardio..(I was late getting out of bed) so thought I would give it a try......OMG.....It about killed me....every minute it increased its resistance...and then worked back down...BUT it DID give me 300 burned calories....but I think I will get up on time tomorrow. :)

    Yes, I know you work really hard to exercise faithfully! So try tracking it and see what happens. Do you still have your ww tracker you could use?
