Got some kind of flu but at least I am not getting sick. I just feel real sick. Middle daughter had same symptoms yesterday and she is feeling better today So I hope to feel better tomorrow. Had Oldest b day party today 2 hours of bowling. I got a strike. I had a good time wish belly felt better but. I did not eat any of the yummy stufff and all I had was some icing off of the cup cakes. Came home and rested. I did do pretty good on my goals goal od 85,000 steps for the week no exercise yesterday day or today except for the bowling and I got 92,000 steps so that makes me happy. Water was above goal Need to figure out better food choices and stop snacking so much but that is what I will work on this week. Weigh in tomorrow ! goal is 292.9 or 2.5 pounds we will see

    great job on getting 95k steps!!! holy cow! That's awesome! Want some ideas for healthy quick snacks that fill you up?
homemade guacomole(if you like it): 2-3 avocados,a squeese or splash of lime juice,diced on ion,smidge of sea salt,some black pepper, a bit of cilantro. Mix it all up and YUM! eat (2T is serving) with whole grain crackers(whatver their serving size is) or sliced veggies. You can eat alot of veggies for the price of some crackers.
Another idea is an apple and a handful of raw nuts(almonds,walnuts,peanuts).
It sounds like you've got your kids' birthdays all smashed together like alot of mine are..makes it busy during 'birthday season'.
