Eating Away the Pounds

So today I printed the Spark Diet for this week, went to the grocery store, spent way too much money, forgot a few items, but have followed the plan religiously. I am getting my water in, and because I hadnt worked out in 3 days, I did one hour of cardio this morning. I must say, I feel great and I have so much energy. I can't sit still longer than a few minutes and I'm off to do something else. I know food and exercise together is the key to losing weight, and while I work out regularly, I am continually gaining weight.... so today I've started eating the pounds away.
I am preparing dinner now, and will move on to prpare my lunch and snacks for tomorrow. I am so hopeful that this will get me back on track.
