Day 14- Really rough weekend

So this weekend was super stressful and resulted in sleepless nights and LOTS of tears. My boyfriend and I broke up briefly which was NOT fun...I'm not going to go into details on the internet, but just know it was bad and I was super upset. We patched things up this morning and my friends took me to Friendlys to get my mind off everything, and my daily intake for the day ended up being 1800 calories instead of the max 1550 this website recommends. I'm mad at myself since this is probably the first time I've really gone over my calorie limit since I started this two weeks ago.

This week has good things in store though, so I'm happy about that. I'm starting the Couch to 5k program on Tuesdays so I'm excited about that, and my boyfriend is visiting on Friday and is staying till Monday afternoon...I really think we need to spend some time together and that it will be good for us:)

As for tomorrow, it's a new day and I'm starting fresh. Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend!:)

    Sorry you had a rough weekend. The good news is that one bad calorie day doesn't have to derail your entire program.

    Sounds like you have a handle on things and are ready to get back on track! Good for you!
